As far as I'm concerned this settles the "Have they copied the Consortiums with the Vintage sole unit" question.
Below are 2 photos of Footpatrols, one of which was bought on New Years Day last year at the shop itself.
The other I bought on the bay about 6 months ago.
The photo after is from an auction currently running on the bay.
Notice that the centre of teh R should be filled in and that the spacing on the Adidas is totally wrong.
It does appear they are out there, so if you want 'em, make sure don't pay anything close to Consortium money for 'em.
I previously said this seller was genuine in another post.
Doh !!

Needless to say I have bought a hat and will be eating it with some Faver beans and a nice chianti.

I think the only safe thing to do when spending your hard earned, is to only buy from reputable dealers, websites or from each other - i know it will cost abit more but better that than stuck with fakes!

Can anyone confirm if the consortiums have "adidas" moulded in to the back part of the sole (inline with the heel tabs) like normal superstars???

Yeah, it's looking like the top bit of information is defunked already.
My FP's haven't got that Adidas thing your talking about.
Do you mean on the sole or on the shoe back ?

I meant moulded in the base of the sole (the tread) at the very back inline with the heel tab (directly above the wolfs? ears on the pic below)



Unfortunately it's obviously not on the vintage sole as you would have said if it was but all the fakes of normal superstars i've seen have never had it - i just thought it maybe another way of telling whether they're fake or real but it's not the case.

Well my g5 camos & my underworlds both have it moulded in but not sure about the others - i know my crooked tongues don't (but they're century los - not superstars obviously)

Never noticed that before.
I thought my Bad boys were fake cos the box is Pure white but it's got that mark on it.
They do look shit though on closed inspection.
