I love notting hill carnival.
However both of the shoes in question are a bit much for me.
I reckong though, (bogus theorum aproaching) that if they were soups with white stripes and toes, that you could get away with a mad fireworks print on the rest of the shoe.

Well I've got through two thirds of July 4th without those shoes and felt no ill effects, in fact if I was wearing those and happened to glance down I might feel some ill effects
