Lace them up anyway you like Fella, there is no right or wrong way. Despite what some people seem to think.
If you put fatter laces in and laced them straight to avoid the gaps they would like fine.
Go with what you like not what you feel you have to , tis a free country afterall last time i checked.

Well said my son, hard enough getting the trainers without having to worry about laces being 'wrong'.
Cant imagine the abuse i'd get if i showed a few kicks.

Bows are wrong and always have been but straight lacing is proper old school as well as all the other lacing methods.
