In fairness the photo posted is the worst angle out of the ones on hypebeast, which I didn't look at before.
I retract my outrage/Pocheese/genius remark.
Alongside that jacket they make more sense, not convinced though by any means.

Yeah it's the 80's style sole and shell toe. I like the sort of Stan Smithish sides on them, but all in all they're ugly to me.
