I've asked the guy who I got my mega-deal off to give me a tracking number...beings as it's been 7days since I won the auction.

Unsurprisingly, he hasn't responded.

What should I do here? I've paid him, and want the Supes, but as I said before: if I were him, I wouldn't send 'em either.

Threatening him with ebay or neg rep is meaningless, and asking for my 'money' back would be what he wants.. so do I just wait this out and hope, or try and do something pro-active?

Tell him you'll start a claim if you haven't got a tracking number in 3 days.
After that, there's no point fucking about.
If he's not gonna send 'em, he's not gonna send 'em.

Just tell him your only pair of shoes are falling to bits and they let water soak your feet when it rains, you need these trainers as times are hard and you now have no money left to buy any more, worth a try.
