My kind of expensive Macro lens turned up today so I've been getting used to using it.
Thought I'd commemorate it with a picture.

Admittedly, didn't need a Macro lens to take this shot but fuck it, the narrow depth of field means only the stripes are in focus which me tink is kinda cool.

I've bought and am selling two 350D's and nuff lenses so by the end of it all I should have a 500D, a 60mm Macro lens and a 70-300mm lens for a total outlay of about £300 if everything goes according to plan.

Yeah, got it for a good price so might still move it on with a spare 18-55 and 50 1.8 and add a few bucks while stealing a 100mm Macro from some useless Ebay listing type dude.
