they're hot. not sure about canvas, but i'm sure they'll be wicked. now getting them in Canada...

It does look like, according to an article I read on complex (previously linked) they will be available in the US

Any word on whether these are available yet?

I spoke to my guy at a local shop that expects to get these and they haven't got them in yet. I offered him a little grease to make sure I get a pair of each in 11.5us.
