I had a very nice long weekend in South Wales, celebrating the Mother-in-law's 70th. We stayed in a converted lighthouse in West Usk:




The whole family (in-law side) were there.. The sun shone.. The hot tub was great :



.. and the golf was good too..


(annoyingly close to the pin from the tee on a par 3)

That looks lovely Streak, would you highly recomend it?? looking for somewhere to go for a weekend break and that looks very interesting! Just finished playing golf as it happens, the magic is returning!

Well.. the place is erm.. eccentric, also a little run down to be honest. The plumbing was a nightmare. Luckily we rented the whole place so we shared bathrooms.
I probably wouldn't go back if I was paying.
