I think the subway carrages on the instep are way too low down for them to be real, that and the overall shape.

And simply, just dont pay. Notify ebay that they are fake and they should remove them.

They didn't cost you that much though. It's hard to say if they are real or not, those are some bad pictures. And why are there some toes on one of them

Sounds like wishful thinking fella, simply not worth the hastle.
But they just dont look right and according to fakeadidas the print on the fakes is much lower than the real ones.
