Do they all glow in the dark or is just the green ones that do?

They're covered in 3M microbeads so they reflect any light fired directly at them.
They don't glow.

Haven't seen a pair at night/in the dark, so didn't know.

Do they glow in the colour of the 3rd trefoil print?

Like, with the greens, you have white and black trefoils and then the yellow ones, which supposedly glow. As an example.

I have a black-red pair and only the "white" trefoils and "adidas" glows in a fluorescent color...

Neither did i, might have to grab some now i have seen that.

been looking for a pair of these in blue or red for under £50 delivered
seen a few on ebay but the sellers dont seem all that good
