I've been recovering from last night mainly. Went to bradford to do a bit of partying, the place got shut down as we were getting there. attempted a fair few ways in, my mate got nicked i got attacked. Then i wandered back to the interchange and promptly made the best of friends with a security guard, the way you do.

And cheers guys. They split up and moved apart 7 years ago and have been tearing at each other since so in a way its closure. I just don't like what I'm hearing so far about the new guy. She's only known him 3 months and he sounds like a complete control freak egomaniac...

I've known about Golden Boy Sidney when I was over in Toronto on honeymoon a few years ago I so like to keep a check on what he's up to.

On tonights game, no word of a lie just after the Cnucks get the 2nd, I casually mention to Mrs FC:

I caught up with some friends for a BBQ and as always made an offer on my mates
purple NYL's which are still boxfresh and unworn which was once again an unfruitful venture.

urgh just spent the whole day doing last years tax return
now I know why I put it off for so long... sucks complete donkey d*ck and I still havent completely finished ffs

Went to the Goldsmiths' Awards last night and picked up a "Commended" for a Production Prototype I made.
Had a great night with some stunning girls, then onto the pub with more of the same, sausages and chips, a stolen plate of fish and chips, then onto Brick Lane for a ruby.
Missed the last bus so had a long arsed walk home at 1am but all good.
Not the best preparation for being up at 3.30 tomorrow morning for the flight to Switzerland.

First run in about 10 years this morning. Just over 4km and I got stronger as it went on. Knee is a bit sore now.

Stopped smoking a month ago and this is my 'reward'.

I did 4 miles yesterday as i have a half marathon on the 28th March.
