I've been on vacation in Lapland for a week and didn't have time to check emails etc during my stay there. Went there for hiking and some fishing.
On my birthday evening we were sitting at the bonfire eating reindeer and mushroom stew (freshly picked) and sipping some sparkling wine my wife smuggled there. To top it off we saw northern lights.
All in all pretty good birthday

We saw some really nice trouts but they were not hungry or our fisherman skills aren't up to par.
