ridiculous seeing these already on Ebay before last Saturday, how does that happen?

I reckon the eBay seller was pre emptying getting them as he didn't have any proper pics, plus no.6 confirmed they sold all their's in store.
People with silly cash will sadly pay these ridiculous sums else the resellers wouldn't do it, but I'll be fucked if I ever pay that kinda coin for sneaks that's a mortgage payment

@ BV: I'm not so sure that they do. I see the BAPES just sitting there on Ebay at around $600 US for weeks and weeks. I know this is a free market economy but doesn't it make sense to sell them for 1.5X retail than have them sit there forever for 3X retail?

adidas Originals x Noel Gallagher was a dead cert it crossed over on so many levels. Oasis fans wanted it, Noel's album dropped the mainstream press picked up on it (That hardly ever happens) Also another major factor is alot of the sneaker craze kicked off up north when it first hit the UK so to have one of there own endorse a pair is golddust.

I spoke to one guy that queued at No6 and is a collector and he said in the five years he has been collecting he has never seen anything like it.
@ Big Vern never surprises me what peeps will pay there are still some minted people about and spending £500.00 + on pair of shoes ain't a big deal. Also alot of buyers don't really have that much of choice when it comes to prices. No6 for example won't ship stuff so you can either beg a friend to queue all night (Not always easy), get yourself to the shop and for alot of people that may have meant .flights, hotels etc and still no guarantee you will even get in the store so factor all that in and Ebay prices might seem reasonable to alot of folk.
The plain fact is the sneaker business went up it's own arse ages ago. We will soon see pics of young kids with 3 pairs of Bapes a few pairs of Gallagher's and whatever else is flavor of the month.
