Berlin shops...
#1
A work collegue (who is into adi kicks but not soops Sad) is off to Berlin and asked me for best shops for adi kicks.

Might be going out there myself in summer so any help from our Deutsch Freunden much appreciated.

Also on this subject of all things German has anyone read Barbara Smit's book "Sneaker Wars"? Is it like the 'Adidas: The making of modern sport' one?

I read it FC....VERY informative...loved the history behind Adi and his family, Puma, etc....no idea about the 'Making of Modern Sport' and what thats about (I'm assuming its the role Adidas played in shaping the sporting landscape w/ athletes), but Sneaker Wars is all about the Dasslers, the history of Adidas....

Top work Torsten, that's fantastic. thumbup

Think I'll try and make it over to Berlin this summer, want to take the father-in-law, as last time he was there he was in some womans garden in a machine gun nest as the ruskies started building the Wall. Shocked Very Happy

Thanks also kt, hmm, that's what her other book is about, just wondering she repeats herself in both books.

And thanks Fritze, just didn't want you to feel left out. Cool
