Plain chocolate digestives. McVities of course. While we are on it is a tea cake a biscuit or a cake, I'm going for cake but most people seem to think its a biscuit.

its an actual fact, thats the difference between biscuits and cakes, I would have said that the tea cake was a biscuit though as thats what the base is made of, and like you say the rest wont ever go stale. think it falls into the buiscuit with an elaborate topping category

Jaffa is defiantly a cake I'd say for the fact it has a cake base. Anyway I was under the impression chocolate biscuits still had vat on them as they are luxury item but I could be wrong. If a tea cake is a biscuit because of the base is a cheese cake a biscuit as well.
