I've been there twice, both times got my money back. Was too stupid though and sent them back to seller which I shouldn't have done.
I think this is clear case. You raised a complaint and you will get your money back. No need to be cunty either way, just keep it official and the tone as neutral as possible.
Then give the fakes to some hobo and get your self a pair of real ones.

I was lucky with the 35ths I bought before finding SSBD. Now I've got Mad Fake Spotting Skills!
