Hey guys,
just wanted to know, if a seller posts something and has proof, but it gets lost in the post... can you claim your money back through paypal? or do you lose it?

If the shipping is insured the seller can get his money back and refund you. If shipping is not insured.... well I guess you're fucked.

You can claim back through paypal/ebay, they refund you, not the seller. They then claim the money back from them. Exactly what I'm going through just now.
It was fuckin' obvious that that cunt was gonnae fuck some cunt.

Even if its just "lost in the post" and they have receipts of postage and everything? and even if you dont have postal insurance?
so you can claim no matter what if you dont get it, Big J?

Also depends on your postal service and the options selected Nikki boy....i.e. Canada Post: even if you don't 'buy' insurance, most parcels automatically give you the first $100 as insurance coverage - any more in value is a costs to you....so long as you have proof on either front (PPal invoice and/or Postal receipt), you're good for a refund from either PPal or the Posties....
