If you got the fakes off eBay you should be able to make a refund claim for the fakes through eBay's resolution centre.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

Silly me for being too blind to see you actually mentioned that shop in your original post. It's one of those damned shops which indeed lures innocent people into buying fake shoes.
