Both my wife and I have ordered from zappos, and they have great customer service and are reliable (and at least in the States, free shipping and free return shipping). Their prices aren't the best, but they do have a discount site, 6pm.com, so I tend to wait until the Supes I want end up there...of course there's the off chance my size won't be available, but I am a sale whore.
