Well none of mines came with a black booklet. Mines were all DS apart from the camo super ape stars but they all came with everything, ie shoe box, tissue paper, 3 sets of bape laces and 1 set of white lace, lace jewel, paper sizing tag and leather bape/adidas tag with metal chain.
My pair of normal adidas super ape skates didnt come with a black booklet either just the same as the super ape stars but with 1 pair of black lace instead of white.
