Well the pics have to wait. The dent has returned a bit. But I used a round object to shape the shell from inside out. When it looked the way it's supposed to I put the shoe on my radiator/heater. I put a cloth on the radiator and protected the rest of the shoe. The heath makes it easier to change the shape of rubber. I left it there for a couple of hours but the dent is slightly coming back. I think à need to leave the object (in my case a little screwdriver with a round knob) in a little longer.

Try to give it a cold shock after heating. First warm it for awhile apply some pressure to mold it to your liking and then put it in freezing cold water. Running tab water should do.
