Good work, its a cracking book, basically explains what happens to your body when you run and how to build up a "running" fitness, ie - it does take a while.
Without that book I would not have ran 16 half marathons in last ten years.
I'm thinking of trying pilates as apparently it can help with the stretching.

I am finding this site quite good. I like you can map your route out. When the slippy leaves disappear I may give running a try. I got quite far with the treadmill, until I sacked the gym.

I got my annual "beoordeling" at work yesterday. I don't know the right English word but it's an annual feedback about how you performed and I performed 'very well' which means extra salary!!!! I treated myself and bought a pair is Supes immediately

Here we call it a review. And I've had to write eight of the fucking things this week as well as contribute to half a dozen more.
I am giving one today at 11 - I have had to change the venue to a room with no windows so no one can see the reviewee cry.

Damn... harsh! Had mine a few days go. Went as good as it possibly could, and I get my full bonus for the month. Guess that deserves a 'wahoo'!
