I'm trying to think which is worse: the seller thinking these are worth the asking price, or the stuuuupid design and cheap looking artwork and materials - I'd take the 35th Goofy's over these anyday!

pretty sure they are, just depends if that's your forte. the originals store in dallas did something similar where they had some local old school writer from the deep ellum burrow come in and customized like five pairs then they were auctioned off for some charity. i never heard of the guy before, and excuse me but i can't even recall his name now, but there were a lot of people who turned out to meat him and the first pair went for like $5k.

I'm with Zwer on this one; I never rated the Goofys nor the Tsubasas either and I wouldn't wear them as beaters even if someone gave them to me for free...
Superstars are indeed super...
I just referenced it b/c of the similar free hand-type design....guess you own a pair though eh?
