Went to look at a few MINI's today as I think I might have to trade the GTI in 
as the wife is almost ready for her test.
The Golf a bit too powerful for her, although she vehemently disagrees 
and the pre face lift Coopers have caught my eye.
Any one got one?
Mrs FC did ask an interesting question today: can you take a test drive on a provisional?

She'll be happy to hear that. 
Only reason why I asked is that we may be going to a MINI dealer and we'd both like to test drive both the ONE and COOPER models, but she's a month or two away from going for her test.

Most car dealerships are that desperate for a sale they'll give u the car for afew days for a testdrive so mrs fc could easily have a sneaky drive.
I know bmw were giving people a weeks free test on any model afew weeks ago trying to get sales
Still deffo a buyers market so haggle like fook fc if u decide to purchase 1.
I had a mini cooper s there a cracking drive as for the mini one well probably perfect for 1st time driver but seriously lacks any hmmmph sluggish as fook imo
