It was Bells Palsy. It can be caused by a number of things but they cant be sure. I'm a lot more mobile than I was last week.

New carpets, expedit and a lot of unpacking and my 'Studio Escape' is finally up and running. Still need to sort out the music production side of things, a recording workstation and acoustic tiling nightmare (leave that for a year or so). Trainers in another room too for now. But the builders are gone for a bit and I can get down to some work now with some free child care hours kicking in after Easter
