I've heard a lot of horror stories (not from rob) regarding shoes received from them.
Therefore I don't think I'll ever order from them to save me the probable hassle.

There are some people though that have ordered from them and the shoes have been fine, i think its a lucky dip as to whether they are any good, I wouldn't have thought a 7 would have been used on display though they tend to use bigger sizes, their customer service though is not good.
