if you've got a friend in the US, check shopadidas.com. they have selection, sizes and the price is USD60.
They won't ship outside the US, though.

Just been checking sites I know have them and ship to uk, and nowhere has your size.
Only thing I can think of is contact Footlocker and see if they have them in any of there stores, through their Sneakerfinder (they did stock them so there may be some somewhere)
You'll need the art number, which is 014164 for these.
