Help with Made in W.Germany Rom's.....

Managed to pick these up recently:





On the inside are stamped 3 numbers: 832, 8.5 and 131. I'm guessing that 8.5 is the shoe size, can anyone help with the meaning of the other 2 numbers?

are they the shoe size in other countries?

japanise sizes are just 3 numbers..

Hmm.. never thought of that before... Could very well be I guess...

my UK12's are JP 305 and the UK11.5's are JP 300

so based on that theory, a UK8.5 would be 270..

so apart from the number off the production line, and maybe the length in cm? inches?

Not sure on dating older kicks, I know the more modern adidas has a month and year seperated with a line so like 11/95 or whatever.
