Right erm, right click on an image on the web and scroll down to where it says "properties"

This will pop up a box where you can see the address (URL) of the image

Select that text and do CTRL+C or right click and copy

Then click on the little picture of a mountain in your new reply box and copy that image text into there

Ok i'm still looking way to newbie(ish) for my liking!!but everytime i try to add a picture as an avator it says file to big!!! any idea's how to make the picture small enough to make it my avator??
