Made me laugh that did, they look like that on the outside but they're still special enough to have shoe trees! 
Make sure you use a good suede cleaner aswell like shotta said, because I think just steam on it's own might
"set" the stains if it doesn't remove them.

Here is my new pair.
My local Adidas outlet is moving and they sell everything -50%. These babies were 45€. I think it was a good bargain. Sorry about that crappy phone cam.
