at the very least, get him to send you pics with his ebay name in them so you know he took them and post them up.

This is well dodgy. The pics aren't just lifted from PYS, it's the whole page! Even the grey description boxes under the pictures. This seller has just copied the entire page and then removed the PYS logos.
Although the Anniversary Series from the 35ths were on general release and they weren't limited like the others, this is still a bit strange. If he can't supply "actual" pics of the shoe, then he's probably importing fakes. As Zwer said, ask for real pics and if he comes up with some bullshit story about not being able to because his cameras busted or something, then don't bother with them.
