Hi I'm new here so Hello to all , and was just wondering if any one can tell me the differance's between Superstar and superstar 2's.

Got ya thanks for that, this might be why the 10.5UK is coming up a wee bit big in a s/s 2 then

So my 35th anniv ed number 32 perfed are superstar (1's)
then....

I got the imppression that the 2's had the 7 holes for the laces no eylets and not so paddede tounge's????

Number of lace holes varies.

But what about the metal eyelets is that a 1 or 2 feature?

2 generally but then not all have them.

If you're trying to distinguish between 1 or 2 - just check the tongue out, like these guys said - 1= thin, 2 = padded. It's the most apparent difference.

No guessing needed, as i said before they are Superstar 2's.
Both profiles (1+2) were used along with "vintage" profile.

Do a search for this, should be a few topics about it. Basically:

Superstar 1 = No eyelets, thin non-padded tongue

Superstar 2 = Padded tongue and sometimes eyelets

But there are various anomalies just to keep it interesting
