the seller agreed to pay after receive the track top. what exacly i should look after receiving?

I think you should look at the quality of the prints, stitching and general build of the top first - does it feel right when you put it on etc.
How much are the tops in GBP or USD?

i don't know if this makes him more honest.. i think that's explaination if it turns out to be fake. he said he doesn't have box to save money on shipping.. well, the box doesn't have big weight but who knows. he said he have original 'foil bag'. could you show me how the legit ones look, and i would compare it with seller photo (if he send me one)?

The NYC track top series dont have boxes - it is only for pallete 4 and above. Those are the correct bags for them to be packed in.
If you PM me your email I can send you some photos of some of the NYC tops, maybe that can help.
