tip 5 - lace them extremely loose, then use a shoestring or your own hand and slowly tighten them from the shell up to the tongue. If you do it like this it's much easier to nicely overlap them.

But i think this is what they are talking about.
This is the cheapest one around: IKEA Shoe tree

I say stick your own fcking foot in and lace them while they are on. Works the best and your gonna get a proper result
