The top ones are called the Superstar Campus. I've got a couple pairs in different colours in my mums loft. Next time I visit i'll dig them out and post some pictures.
A very comfy shoe as it's more snug that your typical superstar.

Nah the top ones are Supermodified's.

The Superstar Campus was a superstar with no stripes at all but with a shelltoe as far as I remember.
