I Have sent Adidas another mail this morning asking why i havent had a satisfactory reply to my mail that i sent to them in March and that i am very disapointed with their lack of Customer service especially as we are taking the time and trouble to try and combat the fake sellers. I have asked them not to fob me off anymore with " This is important to us and we are looking into it etc" and give me a straight reply which to my mind is common courtesy. It feels very similar to when i was mailing ebay!
I will keep you posted as to the outcome but i dont think much is gonna happen if im honest. We will see!

I remember reading about Calloway (Golf) spending a lot of time and money trying to control fakes manufactured in China. It did say however it was a never ending battle, and as quick as one factory was stopped another started.

Maybe they have just resigned to the fact they have to live with it, as it is just an impossible task to try and control?

I think Adidas could do a lot more than they are including putting pressure on ebay to actually do something. I constantly report sellers through ebay but nothing ever seems to happen and as Woody said you cant ever contact ebay directly to get an answer to anything which just compounds the problem. I cant see Adidas going after one off sales but we all know of plenty of sellers who sell nothing but fakes? If Adidas got one or two of these people i am sure they could get out of them their contacts of where these fakes are coming from to avoid a criminal record? I realise that it may not be as legally simple as i have just made it out to be but im sure something could be done?

And trading standards LOVE the whole fake market..

Im gonna contact them instead, and grass on eBay for not giving a shit that THOUSANDS of fake products are being sold on their site!
