For some insane reason, possibly girl related, I didn't go and distinctly remember waving a car of mates off from the corner of the street. Never saw them until the second coming tour and never with Reni - gutted...
Carpe Diem my friends - you never know when the chance will come back around.
Must run in the family, my dad blew out the Stones in Hyde Park in '69 also for some daft reason that he can't remember.

god, bet your both gutted now, bummer.
never had the chance to see the great stones obviously, but iv seen Ian once, little place called City hall in Hull centre, dingly little place, was absolutely amazing though none the less, elbows and fists flying everywhere !!

Tell you what though man, even though Reni had gone by the time I saw them in '95, Robbie Maddix is a fine drummer and it was still one of my all time great gigs.
