As requested by sin'pl, fake Missys i received today from the seller computa12.

Shows all the signs;
poor quality box
poor quality sole and leather
heel clits
one tag only, attached to laces
poor packed spare laces
both tongue label codes identical
clear plastic film in stitching

Thanks to everyone on here I'm learning fast, just waiting for a reply from the seller now.
