I'm totally in the dark with this. They had earmarked the money from my account since I placed the order, and now I check my account and the earmark is removed and the amount reserved for the purchase is back in my account proper?
I can't contact anyone on their side because they haven't responded to my emails and when I put the order# through UPS track and trace it says no item of that # exists..
The hell am I supposed to do in this situation? :/
