My advice would to be to go somewhere like schuh, size or jd and try a pair or 2 on and find out for yourself. It depends alot on how big your foot is, whether its the larger end or smaller end of your size, and also what kind of soop, i find my superstar I's fit differently to my superstars II's and then the stan smiths again are different.

so in this case i would say experience would be the best teacher
