I've lived in Vancouver, Toronto, London (Kensington/Islington/Stoke Newington) and Montreal and driven across Canada from Vancouver to Toronto.
I've visited: NYC, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Washington, Seattle, Portland, Ann Arbor, Scottsdale and Boston in the US.
In Europe I've been to Paris, Le Mans (to watch the Bentley victory), Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Athens, Rome, Florence
In the UK I've been to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol, Warrington, Bath and all manner of small towns and villages that I can't remember - well, I can't forget John O'Groats. Or setting up camp late one night in a farmer's field on the side of the motorway and waking up in the morning to find we'd camped directly across from Stonehenge.
