In general I take a US 10 in all soops which is a good fit with a tiny bit of room to move.
I have one pair of US 9.5 and they are an exact fit but hurt my feet if I wear them all day.
I also have heaps of 10.5's which still fit good but have more room in them.
The only kicks where I've had to get 10.5's is my Lee Quinones because the 10's kill the back of my feet-
I only wished I knew that before I snapped up my US 10 Underworlds because they feel the same. Sad
