Yep its a nightmare, I've been lucky and on the pairs i've had from the US, I didn't get charged anything, just came through US Postal Service / Royal Mail. Seems FedEx is the problem. Girlfreind is awaiting some Ugg boots arriving by FedEx told her to prepare for charges. Robbing @rseholes! Evil or Very Mad
