If he is reluctant to give you the pics of the actual shoe then I personally wouldn't go for it.
EBay is OK for everyday soups and the odd gem - but a lot of them sell fakes - ask one of the SSDB Poleece or Mr SS (or having said that most of the people on this forum are bloody good at spotting fakes)
If these turn out OK for you then fair play!!!!
