I found a pair of Emilio Puccis that this guy is selling. Do you reckon these good be legit? And another question is about the sizing. As they are women's shoes, is there a difference between a women's UK 8 and a men's UK 8?

EDIT: I know the pics aren't from the actual item being sold, but as I don't have a clue what those are worth, even the price doesn't tell me if they're fake or legit.
