I was about to suggest Galaxy S4 mini too. In here it sets you back 290€.
Nexus 4 is definitely a great phone but might be too expensive still. Also difficult to find these days - at least from Finland.
Personally I don't like S3. It looks like a peace of soap
Checked the prices and what do you know, basic version 399€ and the better 4G version of the same phone 339€!!! Where's the logic?
Lumia 620 is surprisingly good and yours for less than 200€. The problems is that stupid Windows mobile OS. I hate it but then again I haven't been using it much. Might be something one might learn to live with.
