Thanks for the tips. I want to send them back and get a refund, so i make this letter to send to Size. You guy`s think this is an acceptable letter since i`m not that great in the English language and i don`t know this letter cover the whole problem. Critics are welcome.

Dear Size?,

The 11th of january i ordered a pair of adidas Superstar “suede and snake” in the grey color. Due to weather circumstances i`d waited till yesterday to try them on. When I put the left shoe on I found out that there was a strange bump in the top of the shoe. So I removed the laces and took the sole out to found out there was a crack in the innersole. Behind the crack was another bump so I could not simply put the cracked piece back in the hole. The crack is in the sole under the normal sole so I can`t just put another sole in it.

In the attachment you can find some pictures I took but because of the difficult angle the pictures are not so clear.

I think it is an production error and I hope to hear what I can do with my pair of unwearable shoes from you.
