I only used a machine to cut the two stripes because there is no way I can make such a long straight line with a handsaw. The sanding was what gave me a sore arm.

But here is the trick, the mdf is only 4 mm thick So it's pretty easy to saw. Hardest part was the inside of the letters. I had to drill a hole first to get my saw in there.

You guys should try it, it's actually a lot of fun. Made me feel like I was 10 years old
