The guy has been selling fakes for years (shell-toes.com), the photos on the website are of fake shoes, plus they have colourways on the site that have not even been released. Sorry but they are fake. If she paid by paypal try contacting them and report what's happened. Unfortunately I doubt you'll be able to get the extra £8 customs back.
