The dye seems well fixed in and I've had no bleed so far, but then again i haven't worn them in the wet since so can't say for certain that it won't happen. 
If your planning on trying some you need to leave them overnight to get a good strong colour and allow the dye to seep under the anglets, I ran mine through the washing machine a couple of times afterwards to wash out the spare dye to try and prevent any bleeding.
